The Buena Vista Parks and Recreation
Department is proud to have brought back the tradition of the Horses' Christmas.
This had been an annual event for many years and was cancelled in 2000 after
Southern Seminary closed. Glen Maury Park took over the event in 2003.
"We are so happy to take advantage of this
opportunity and bring back something great. It a chance to have some
celebrate the season and the best part is when all the children smile
after seeing the decorated horses." - Ronnie Coffey.
We look forward to continuing this
tradition and to starting new traditions at Glen Maury Park!
